The Newburgh Neighbor Residential Grant Program is a matching grant program that assists property owners in restoring and rehabilitating homes within the Newburgh Historic Districts. Grants are limited to exterior preservation, restoration, or rehabilitation of homes.

Historic Renovation Grant Program
Applicants with an eligible historic commercial structure have the opportunity to apply for project funding between $5,000 and $100,000 at a maximum request of 50 percent of the total eligible project cost. Eligible applicants include non-profits, individuals, partnerships, firms, associations, joint ventures, limited liability companies, corporation or non-profit affordable housing organization.
